By accessing, browsing, or using the 999zc website located at https://999zc.net, its subdomains, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 999zc Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 999zc ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity, whether from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where access is not restricted by local law. 999zc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The effective date of any revision will be noted at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an account on 999zc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 999zc enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players, in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing frameworks.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, nominee, or agent of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law and where you have been notified that access is blocked.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 999zc or any affiliated platform.
• You have not self-excluded from 999zc through the Platform's responsible gaming tools and the applicable exclusion period has not yet expired.
• You are not employed by 999zc, any of its affiliates, game providers, or any entity with a commercial relationship that could create a conflict of interest in your use of the Platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under duress or coercion.

999zc expressly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. If you are aware of a minor accessing the Platform, please contact 999zc support immediately at [email protected]. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed without notice and all funds will be returned to the original deposit source after deducting any costs associated with the investigation.

To access the full range of 999zc services, you are required to create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading in any respect.

• One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 999zc. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must register using your real name, valid Pakistani CNIC or passport details, an active email address, and a phone number to which you have sole access. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999zc username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 999zc will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Account Verification (KYC): 999zc may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to comply with verification requests within 14 days may result in account suspension.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. 999zc reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 999zc account, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access with or without your permission. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify 999zc support without delay.

All financial transactions on 999zc are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999zc does not accept or process deposits in foreign currencies. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 999zc currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast / 1LINK, SadaPay, NayaPay, and Retail Cash (OTC) where applicable. Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the 999zc cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. 999zc reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 1–5 business days depending on the payment method selected. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution. 999zc does not guarantee same-day processing for any withdrawal method.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will, wherever operationally possible, be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. 999zc reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.
• Deposit Matching: Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, except where 999zc has expressly waived this requirement in writing for specific promotional campaigns.
• Transaction Fees: 999zc does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 999zc has no control or responsibility.

From time to time, 999zc may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion itself:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit, game restrictions, time limits, and geographic restrictions) are specified on the relevant promotion page.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for 999zc bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless 999zc explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• 999zc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, and to recover any bonus funds erroneously credited to a player's account.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or suspected arbitrage activity — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may lead to permanent account suspension.

Bonuses are offered in good faith as a loyalty benefit to genuine players. 999zc employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Determinations made by 999zc regarding suspected bonus abuse are final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

The following general betting rules apply across all 999zc products including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and specialty games. Game-specific rules are published within each product area on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 999zc. Bets placed during system delays, connection outages, or erroneous odds display may be voided at 999zc's sole discretion.
• Odds Changes: For sportsbook events, odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Void Bets: 999zc reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of pricing errors, system faults, match-fixing, or any event rendering the bet outcome undeterminable.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product section of the Platform and may be revised without prior notice.
• RNG Certification: All casino games on 999zc that use a random number generator (RNG) are certified by independent testing laboratories. The RNG ensures fair and unpredictable game outcomes that cannot be influenced by 999zc or its players.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers on camera. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game, the hand or round will be voided and stakes returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999zc Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Registering more than one account, or accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or access the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation relating to markets available on 999zc.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or head-to-head game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Deliberately structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds or KYC requirements.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-account play, bonus-only play strategies, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 999zc players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any 999zc software or game engine.
• Use any 999zc trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or association without express written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools or manual processes for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 999zc intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action under applicable intellectual property and civil law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999zc, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including losses arising from technical errors, connectivity issues, or interrupted game sessions.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, service, or feature offered thereon.
• The conduct, content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party game provider whose products are accessible through the 999zc Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999zc makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any element of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which 999zc accepts no liability.

999zc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999zc holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 999zc's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must submit a written complaint to the 999zc support team at the email address provided in Section 14 below. 999zc will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 999zc's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending final resolution of a dispute.
